Before starting Personal Training with Mark at The Gym, I was overweight and my health was suffering. I was always athletically inclined in school, but as I got older, I became less involved in sports. It really started to show in my weight gain and poor health.

I am back to my waist size of two years ago, lowering my body fat by 12%, and have all but lost my second chin, all without dieting.
