It’s been proven that members that work with a trainer are 77% more successful. Our Boot Camps are led a Personal Trainer to insure you are performing the exercise correctly, and to provide motivation and encouragement.
To accommodate our Members that want great results without having to spend endless hours working out on their own; that don’t require dedicated one-on-one supervision; that also favor training using non-traditional equipment in a group setting, I have been experimenting with many different exercise protocols.
Through lots of trial and error, I have developed an innovative training system that enables my clients to achieve great results fast. Our Boot Camps are led by me or one of our other Personal Trainers working with a group, using both the client’s body weight, and easy to use specialized effective and fun equipment.
Our indoor or outdoor Boot Camp is an awesome full body, group training session. Our Boot Camp is extremely time efficient since it targets ALL fitness areas including cardio, fat loss and weight loss, strength, agility, balance, and flexibility; all in an enjoyable one hour workout!
No two Boot Camps are exactly the same. This results in a variety of fun, results oriented, never boring workouts.
Boot Camp is suitable for just about anybody, as all exercises can be adjusted for every fitness level! Compared to working out on your own, a Boot Camp workout burns between 800 to 1000 calories, or more than twice as many as a typical strength and cardio workout.
