		<description>Martin, I know exactly how you feel!  I was always the &#039;skinny&#039; kid among my friends and coworkers.  It&#039;s often an overlooked concept that people who are underweight have equivalent issues with body image and self esteem as those who are overweight!  In spite of being the minority in terms of weight management, people like us can still make positive changes to his/her physique and lifestyle.  

Being what is known as an &#039;ectomorph&#039;  you will need to substantially increase your calories above maintenance level.  I suggest at least 200 additional calories per day.  Continue this week to week and increase calories by about 200 when you stop gaining weight.  Be sure to keep your weight training challenging, and aim to keep total training time under 4 hours each week.  Hope this helps!</description>

Yes there are people around like me that can eat whatever the want and won&#039;t gain weight. My doctor keeps telling me my weight is Ok for my height and age but my mate&#039;s call me skinny so let me tell you gaining weight is not easy either...</description>
